09/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council has decided to extend the mandates of five of the European Union's special representatives overseas from 31 December 2003 to 31 June 2004. They are Aldo Ajello (African Great Makes), Alexia Brouhns (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), Francesc Vendrell (Afghanistan), Heikki Talvitie (southern Caucasus) and Marc Otte (Middle East peace process).
