Brussels, 09/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The External Relations Council on Tuesday adopted succinct conclusions on Iraq focusing on recent terrorist acts, "the Council reiterates its strong condemnation of all terrorist attacks and expresses its deep solidarity with Spain for the brutal killing of seven officials and with the other countries whose nationals have been killed in recent days in Iraq. It expresses its sincere condolences to the families of the victims".
