Macedonia will present candidacy for accession at end of February 2004

Brussels, 09/12/2003 (Agence Europe) During the EU/Balkans Forum on Tuesday in a fringe meeting at the External Relations Council, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia announced that it intended to present its candidacy for EU accession at the end of February 2004.
