Brussels, 09/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Management Committee for Direct Payments composed of Member State exports took a stance on Tuesday in favour of a proposal which authorises Spain to pay State aid of EUR 76.6 million this year in favour of its nut and locust bean producers.
