Some hope of agreement on patents and take-over bids at Thursday's Council

Brussels, 26/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Thursday's Competitiveness Council could reach agreement on the creation of a Community patent and the take-over bids directive, both of which have been under discussion for over twenty years.
