Brussels, 26/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - In its proposal ahead of the Ministerial conclave in Naples at the end of the week, the Italian Presidency clearly wanted to remain faithful to the draft Constitutional Treaty drawn up by the European Convention. It has made every effort to respect its spirit and keep its balance.
