Brussels, 26/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - After the "disastrous" Ecofin decisions regarding the stability pact on 25 November, Elmar Brok (CDU) informed the press on Wednesday that they could not allow any failure at the IGC and that they could be even more pressure to be successful at the Intergovernmental Conference to avoid the risk of failure.
