Brussels, 26/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The 4th EU/India summit will take place on 29 November in New Delhi, with the participation of Indian and Italian Prime Ministers, Atal Bihari Vaipayee (accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yashwant Sinha and Silvio Berlusconi, seconded by the CFSP High Representative Javier Solana, the President of the Commission, Romano Prodi and the Commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten.
