Committee on Civil Liberties wants legal recourse against Directive on family reunification

Brussels, 06/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EP's Committee on Civil Liberties would like to see recourse to the European Court of Justice to annul certain provisions of the European Directive on family reunification. In its meeting of 21 October, it decided to ask the Legal Affairs Committee to bring the issue before the Court.
