06/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Before arriving at the JHA Council, Italian Minister of Justice and President of the Council, Roberto Casteli, rejected categorically the European arrest warrant. Asked about this subject, his colleague, Minister of the Interior, Giuseppe Pisanu, refused to comment (EUROPE yesterday p 12)
