ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aluminium

French company, PECHINEY, and Chinese firm NELA HERBIN, are planning to set up a joint company in manufacturing sheet metal. The PECHINEY RHENALU subsidiary will keep at least a 51% stake in the company as opposed to NELA HARBIN's maximum holding of 49%. The investment is worth EUR 250 million.
