Proceedings against Ireland, Italy and Germany, but cases against Greece and Luxembourg closed

Brussels, 21/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is acting against Ireland, Italy and Germany for non-respect of Community rules on allocation of public contracts. It was, however, to be able to close proceedings against Greece and Luxembourg.
