ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aeronautics

The French electronics group, THALES, has announced the creation in China of a joint venture with CHINA SPACESAT CO in telematics and satellite guidance of vehicles sector. The new entity, called AEROTHALES, will be held at 49% by THALES and at 51% by AEROSTRONG TECHNOLOGY CO, the main subsidiary of CHINA SPACESAT. The amount of the operation was not disclosed.
