Brussels, 21/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Hong Kong will host the next ministerial conference that the World Trade Organisation (WTO) is to hold in two years' time at a date still to be fixed. The green light was given by consensus during the formal meeting of the institution's General Council on Tuesday (see EUROPE of 14 October, p.14). The date will largely depend on the developments in negotiations between now and the end of the year, Keith Rockwell, spokesman, said.
