21/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the private investor, Advent International Corporation, to take over control of Moeller Holding KG. This holding company covers Moeller's activities, a German group specialised in the provision of electrical systems and equipment. The operation notified on 22 September does not pose any competition problems and was examined according to expedited procedure.
