Brussels, 22/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Saturday's informal summit in Berlin, which brought together French President Jacques Chirac, German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and British Prime Minister Tony Blair was the occasion for the three men to demonstrate a clear understanding of several burning topical issues on the European agenda: defence, the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) and the Stability Pact.
