Taormina, 22/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the sidelines of the informal meeting of EU Member State Farm Ministers, Commissioner Franz Fischler said on Sunday evening in Taormina (Sicily) on the subject of sugar policy reform that "we need some form of change at any rate, with or without Cancun.
