22/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) has appointed Martin Westlake to the post of Head of its Communication Division. Mr Westlake, who officially took over his duties on 16 September, has pursued a career within the European institutions in both Brussels and Strasbourg for more than 15 years.
