Commissioner Erkki Liikanen to visit South Korea and China - Peking welcomes Commission document on strengthening EU/China partnership

Brussels, 11/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Enterprise and Information Society Commissioner Erkki Liikanen will travel to South Korea and China from 13 to 18 September. The visit to China occurs just after the Commission's adoption of a communication calling for strengthening relations between the Union and the People's Republic (EUROPE yesterday p 11), which was welcomed by Peking..
