Brussels, 11/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Convention Members Alain Lamassoure, Jürgen Meyer, David Heathcoat-Amory and Jens-Peter Bonde have launched a petition calling on Member States to organise a referendum for ratification of the future constitutional treaty.
