Very broad discussion of pensions and the black economy

Varese, 11/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the President of the Social Affairs and Employment Council, Roberto Maroni, briefed social affairs and employment ministers of the enlarged Europe (see above) about the meeting between the Social Troika and European employers and trade unions. The discussions could not be discussed in detail since each of the 31 ministers present was given the chair (half in the morning and the other half of them in the afternoon) to express their views.
