Brussels, 11/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Franz Fischler announced to MEPs at the EP Committee on Agriculture on Wednesday that, end September, he will propose that the European Commission adopt proposals concerning reform of market organisations for olive oil, tobacco and cotton.
