Swedish groupie, ELECTROLUX, is going to sell of its compressors unit to SOLE SPA, a company controlled by the private merchant bank DRESDNER KLEINWORT CAPITAL. This unit, which includes three factories in Italy, Spain and Austria, as well as two joint ventures in China had sales of 2.8 bio in Swedish Crowns in 2002.
