Dutch-Swedish group AKZO NOBEL has sold off its CASCO IMPREGNATED PAPERS subsidiary (turnover of EUR 265 million in 2002 with a workforce of 900 in 45 countries) to the DEUTSCHE BETEILIGUNGS and HARVEST PARTNERS groups for EUR 112 million in a deal that could contribute to reducing its debt this year of EUR 250 million.
