11/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the Court of Auditors published its 10th special report of the year in which it considers that the programmes for aid to development financed in India during the period 1990-2001 have generally targeted, as they should, the poorest categories of the population. The Court considers the details of the results "could have been better". The report is available on the Court of Auditor's internet site: www.eca.eu.int.
