Unacceptable delays in implementing 2000-2006 Structural Fund programme

Brussels, 24/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Adopting the own initiative report last week in Brussels by Helmuth Markov (GUE, Germany) on the Commission's 2001 Annual Report on the Structural Funds, the European Parliament regretted the “unacceptable delays” in implementing the 2000-2006 programme.
