24/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The OSCE (Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is holding a conference in co-operation on migration flows, from 24 to 26 June in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan. Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakstan, Tadjikistan and Ozbekistan are taking part in this conference, organised along with the International Organisation for Migration and the Regional Centre for Migration and Refugee Issues.
