Green light from Member States to Commission for adoption of regulation defining rules for managing requests for EFSA scientific opinions

Brussels, 24/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Rules for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) concerning the application of requests for scientific opinions, on which it is committed, will be adopted by the Commission in the next few days. The Standing Committee for the Food Chain and Animal Welfare of the Union had given a unanimous vote in favour for the regulation outlining modalities for the authority to use when managing requests for scientific opinions and for proposing that these...
