The American group BUNGE (agricultural raw materials) is to buy up the business of UNILEVER INDUSTAN in fats. A 51% subsidiary of the Anglo-Dutch group UNILEVER, UNILEVER INDUSTAN, is the largest Indian producer of edible fats, a business that brought in a turnover of $80 million in 2002.
