Commission requests Portugal and Italy to send it transposition measures of directive on recovery of tax claims

Brussels, 11/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission decided to send a reasoned opinion to Portugal and Italy to notify it of measures they have taken to implement the directive of 155 June 2001 on mutual assistance for the recovery of claims.
