German company LUFTHANSA will be launching a take-over bid for minority capital in AIR DOLOMITI, following the conclusion of an agreement for taking over this regional Italian company. LUFTHANSA is proposing EUR 14.68 in cash pert share for AIR DOLOMITI, which makes the total cost EUR 122 million. See IE 12 March.
