Strasbourg, 11/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - Adopting a resolution of its Development Committee, the European Parliament has condemned harassment of Yannick Bigah, President of ACAT (Action des Chrétiens pour l'Abolition de la Torture) following information that ACAT submitted to the EP on the human rights situation in Togo.
