French company PPR - PINAULT-PRINTEMPS-REDOUTE has sold its real estate subsidiary GUILBERT to the US company OFFICE DEPOT (annual turnover USD 499.7 million) for EUR 815 million. This acquisition will allow OFFICE DEPOT to increase its annual turnover to around EUR 3 bn.
