Promotion of short distance maritime transport and intermodal transport

Brussels, 11/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - As indicated on Wednesday (see EUROPE 9 April p 13), the European Commission did adopt (by written procedure) a communication on Monday on the promotion of short distance maritime transport and a draft directive on containers and swop bodies (intermodal loading units or ILU).
