11/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the basis of the report by Inger Schrörling (Greens, Sweden), the European Parliament approved in second reading the Council's common position on restrictions on the marketing and use of substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMR).
