Luxembourg/Strasbourg, 10/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the Court of First Instance has ruled inadmissible French National Front MEP Jean-Marie Le Pen's appeal calling for the annulment of the European Parliament decision that he was no longer a Member of the European Parliament following the French government's decision of 31 March 2000 following Le Pen's condemnation by the French justice system for "violence" and "public insults" after he attacked a woman standing in the 1997...
