10/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - In its approval of the report by Joachim Wuermeling (CDU), the European Parliament made sixteen amendments at first reading to the regulation on the establishment of a Europe enforcement order for uncontested claims. This order will allow a decision taken in a Member State of origin to be applied without the Member State of execution having to take a supplementary decision.
