Brussels, 26/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, Vice-President Jean-Luc Dehaene opened an extra session of the European Convention, inviting the Convention Members to come forward and sit in the front rows and "have a real discussion" on draft articles 1 to 7 (definition, values, objectives, fundamental rights and citizenship) of the future constitutional treaty, taking them one at a time.
