Participants at public hearing on protecting Europe's artistic heritage regret absence of European heritage protection body

Brussels, 26/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the initiative of MEP Lucio Manisco (GUE, Italy), the European Parliament's Culture Committee organised a public hearing on 18 March in Brussels on the subject of "The protection and development of Europe's artistic heritage in the framework of privatisation policies", which was chaired by Michel Rocard.
