Wim Kok report suggests five areas for action to make enlargement a success

Brussels, 26/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The next enlargement of the EU with ten new members will mean attaining the "great vision" and completing the "EU's most successful external policy project" but it will be necessary for current and future members to rapidly implement important reforms if they want enlargement to be a real success.
