26/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe decided, on Tuesday, to invite Serbia-Montenegro to become the 45th member state of the pan-European organisation which has its seat in Strasbourg. The accession ceremony will take place on 3 April on the fringe of the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
