26/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Association of Lain American and Caribbean Women will be organising (with the support of the Ministry of the French Community of Belgium and the Socrates organisation (DG Education-Culture at the European Commission)) a seminar on the role of minorities and their contribution and participation in civil society.
