Brussels, 26/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Despite the assurance given on 19 March by Greek Prime Minister and President of the European Council Costa Simitis, opinions continued to differ, on Wednesday, between the Council and Parliament over the spending needed for EU enlargement to ten new Member States. On Thursday, the plenary (after discussion on Wednesday evening) is to adopt a report by British Labour member Terry Wynn and Elmar Brok (CDU) on the introduction of the financial framework...
