Assembly President Klaus Buhler raises crisis management with Finnish Defence Minister

Paris, 14/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Assembly of the Western European Union, Klaus Buhler met Finnish Defence minister Jan-Erik Enestam in Helsinki, on the occasion of his participation in a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Nordic Council and the Nordic Council of Ministers, organised for the 50th anniversary of Nordic co-operation.
