Brussels, 14/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - During a conference on the co-decision procedure that brought MEPs and representatives from the Commission and Member States together last week, participants were able to examine how the co-decision procedure was working. Many of the speakers were opposed to any changes to a procedure that is generally regarded as being efficient.
