ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cement

French company, LAFARGE, has sold it cement activities in Spain for USD 225 million to the Portuguese CIMPOR company, which is now the second cement producer in the Iberian peninsula with an annual production capacity of 9.7 million tons.
