German group BAYER has sold its household insecticides (such as "Baygon", "Autan", "Bayclif " and "Bayfresh") to US manufacturer of cleaning products SC JOHNSON, for EUR 725 million. This sector has an annual turnover of EUR 400 million and has a workforce of 2,300. BAYER is also looking for a partner for its pharmaceutical activities and has indicated that it would no take control of its future partner.
