Brussels, 14/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, after spending almost a year at Farnesina (the official residence of the Foreign Minister), Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, chose Franco Frattini, his Civil Services Minister, as his new Minister for Foreign Affairs. Silvio Berlusconi has been acting Foreign Minister since last January, following the resignation of Renato Ruggiero, former WTO Director and former Director General of DG Regional Policy at the European Commission.
