The Dutch group PHILIPS and Japanese company, SONY, together with an investment group are going to buy out US software company, INTERTRUST for USD 453 million. In order to clinch this deal, the partners are creating a company called FIDELIO ACQUISITION COMPANY, which will buy up all the shares at USD 4.25 each.
