Giscard d'Estaing meets Council of Europe Secretary General on Wednesday

Brussels, 15/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the President of the European Convention will be in Luxembourg where he will have talks with Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker and the Grand Duke. Valery Giscard d'Estaing is also to meet Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer, and Luxembourg Foreign Minister Lydie Polfer, who is currently assuming the presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the pan-European organisation.
